How Our Dumpster Rental Works

From booking to pickup — here's exactly what to expect when you rent with us.

1

Choose the Right Size

Start by figuring out how much debris you have. Our most popular size is the 20-yard — it handles most medium renovations and cleanouts. If you're unsure, call us at (865) 309-5305 and we'll help you pick without trying to upsell you.

Quick guide: 10-yard for a single room or small cleanout. 20-yard for whole-home cleanouts, deck removal, or medium renovations. 30-yard for roofing, large construction, or whole-house debris.

2

Book Online or Call

Fill out our quick quote form or call us directly. We'll confirm the size, delivery date, and give you an exact price. No surprises — we quote everything upfront including delivery, pickup, and your included weight allowance.

Same-day delivery: Available when you book before noon. Call us to confirm availability for your area and date.

3

We Drop Off the Dumpster

We'll deliver to your driveway, yard, or job site — wherever works best for your project. Our driver will position it exactly where you need it. The whole delivery takes about 15 minutes.

Good to know: Dumpsters need a flat, hard surface (driveway or street). For street placement, check with your city — some municipalities require a permit. We can advise on this when you call.

4

Fill It at Your Own Pace

Your rental includes 7 days. Load it at whatever pace works for your project. No need to rush — if you need more time, just call us before your pickup date and we'll extend the rental.

Filling tips: Break down large items (furniture, drywall) to maximize space. Load heavy materials on the bottom. Don't fill above the top rail — overfilled dumpsters can't be legally transported.

5

Call When You're Done — We Haul It Away

When you're finished loading, give us a call. We'll schedule pickup — usually within 24 hours. We'll haul everything to a licensed disposal facility. You never have to deal with the debris again.

Questions About the Process

Where should I put the dumpster?
Most people put it in their driveway — that's the easiest option. If your driveway is too small or you prefer street placement, we can work with that too. Just check whether your city or HOA requires a permit for street placement. We can walk you through it when you call.
How do I prepare for delivery?
Make sure the drop-off area is clear — at least 22 feet of clearance for 20 and 30-yard dumpsters, 14 feet for 10-yard. Watch for low-hanging branches and overhead power lines. Remove any vehicles from the driveway the morning of delivery.
Can I move the dumpster once it's placed?
Don't try to move it yourself — dumpsters are heavy even when empty. If you need it repositioned, call us and we'll arrange it.
Can I extend my rental?
Absolutely. Just call us before your scheduled pickup date. Extensions are available at a daily rate and we'll add it to your bill. No penalty for asking early.
What happens if I go over the weight limit?
If your load exceeds the included weight allowance, we'll charge a per-ton overage fee. We'll let you know before delivery what the limit is for your size. If you're worried about going over, we can talk through what you're disposing of and suggest the right size to avoid it.
Do I need to be home during delivery or pickup?
Not necessarily. As long as we have clear instructions on where to place the dumpster, we can drop it off without you there. For pickup, same deal — as long as it's accessible, we'll get it.
