Website content is general planning information. Sizes, capacities, material rules, permit requirements, delivery timing, service areas, and starting prices can change and may not apply to every address or project.
Submitting a form, calling, or sending a text does not create a rental agreement or guarantee service. A booking occurs only after the responsible provider confirms availability and both sides accept the applicable quote and rental terms.
Prices shown on the site are starting prices unless specifically stated otherwise. Confirm delivery, pickup, rental length, included weight, overage rates, taxes, special material charges, and extension fees in writing before booking.
Confirm all materials before loading. The customer is responsible for describing the load accurately and obtaining permission for the placement area. Check local government, property-owner, and HOA requirements when relevant.
If website content conflicts with the written quote or rental agreement provided for a booking, the accepted written agreement controls.
